Itinerary - 9 Days
Day 1 — Buenos Aires
Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer is included. Those who arrive early may wish to explore the downtown neighborhoods and museums.
Days 2 & 3 — Iguaçu Falls
Fly to Iguaçu Falls and spend two days exploring this UNESCO World Heritage site from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides. Learn about the region’s flora and fauna with a local biologist. Opt to ride a boat to the base of the falls, soar above them on a thrilling helicopter ride, walk the nature trails and catwalks of the surrounding national park, or visit a nearby bird sanctuary. Day 4 — São Paulo
Fly to São Paulo and discover the city through gastronomy and architecture. Visit some of the city's most noted sites and along the way a specialist guide will also share knowledge of popular local cuisine.
Days 5 & 6 — Parati
Continue by van to Parati, and enjoy a visit to a nearby Afro-Brazilian community for a unique cultural
experience and traditional meal. Opt to visit a cachaça distillery. The next day, take a boat excursion to nearby islands and beaches. (2B, 1L, 1D)
Days 7 & 8 — Rio de Janiero
Continue by private van to Rio de Janeiro for free time to explore the city from our hotel in Copacabana. Opt to take a city tour or see a samba show. (2B)
