The Palace on Wheels is a train built in the royal style of the Maharajas. It has 14 fully air-conditioned deluxe saloons, each with four twin-bedded cabins, toilets, showers, a mini pantry, and lounge. Two restaurant cars serve Continental, Indian, Rajasthani, and Chinese cuisine, and the cozy bar and lounge offer a great place to wind down at the end of the day. National Geographic has reserved 15 cabins on each of these departures.
