Johan Reinhard, an archaeologist and former Explorer-in-Residence at the National Geographic Society, recovered the Ice Maiden, an Inca mummy on Peru's Mount Ampato which was chosen by Time magazine as one of the world's ten most important discoveries of 1995. Joining guests for a portion of this voyage, Johan will present his work on the sacred landscapes of South America, from the highlands of the Andes and Peru's Ice Maiden to the Nazca Lines and the desert highlands of the Atacama Desert.
